Influence of Picks Arrangement Mode on Shearer's Working Performance

  • 摘要: 应用Matlab软件开发了顺序式、棋盘式排列的采煤机螺旋滚筒负载计算程序,得到了滚筒截煤及含夹矸煤层的瞬时负载曲线、相应的切削图及块煤率.建立了不同截齿排列方式的采煤机的刚柔耦合模型,并针对10种典型工况进行了可靠性分析.研究表明:采煤机滚筒采用棋盘式排列截割坚固性系数为3.11的无夹矸煤时,牵引速度可以达到9m/min.与顺序式相比,平均截割比能耗降低17.8%,方正率提高21.9%,煤的切屑面积将提高1.85倍;而采用顺序式截齿排列方式时,输出轴应力超过许用应力,可靠性不高;而当采煤机截割含夹矸煤层时,应首选顺序式滚筒,以减少单齿受力,使截割工作稳定可靠.通过对顺序式排列滚筒叶片螺旋升角的优化,确定了其最佳螺旋升角为9°.
