Influence of Picks Arrangement Mode on Shearer's Working Performance

摘要: 应用Matlab软件开发了顺序式、棋盘式排列的采煤机螺旋滚筒负载计算程序,得到了滚筒截煤及含夹矸煤层的瞬时负载曲线、相应的切削图及块煤率.建立了不同截齿排列方式的采煤机的刚柔耦合模型,并针对10种典型工况进行了可靠性分析.研究表明:采煤机滚筒采用棋盘式排列截割坚固性系数为3.11的无夹矸煤时,牵引速度可以达到9m/min.与顺序式相比,平均截割比能耗降低17.8%,方正率提高21.9%,煤的切屑面积将提高1.85倍;而采用顺序式截齿排列方式时,输出轴应力超过许用应力,可靠性不高;而当采煤机截割含夹矸煤层时,应首选顺序式滚筒,以减少单齿受力,使截割工作稳定可靠.通过对顺序式排列滚筒叶片螺旋升角的优化,确定了其最佳螺旋升角为9°.Abstract: Applying Matlab software,the shearer spiral drum's load calculation program of sequential and punnett arrangements has been developed. The instantaneous load curves,corresponding chips diagram and lump coal rate of drum cutting coal and coal seam contain dirt band have been gotten. The shearer's rigid-flexible coupling models of different picks arrangements have been built and reliability analysis has been done under ten typical working conditions. Result shows that: when the shearer is cutting coal seam,whose consistency coefficient is 3.11,without dirt band by using punnett drum,the haulage speed can reach 9m/min; compared with the sequential,the mean specific energy consumption for cutting will reduce 17.8%,the squareness will increase 21.9% and chip's area of coal will increase by 1. 85 times; when the shearer using sequential picks arrangement mode,the output shaft's stress exceeds allowable stress; when the shearer is cutting coal seam contained dirt band, the sequential arrangement drum should be chosen preferentially,to reduce the force affected on a single pick and to make the cutting stable and reliable; by further spiral angle optimization analysis on the blade of this sequential drum,the best spiral angle of 9癶as been decided.
