Reliability Modeling and Assessment for Rudder System of a Civil Airplane

摘要: 采用马尔科夫可靠性分析方法,对某型民机方向舵系统进行了可靠性建模与评估.在选定方向舵系统关键航线可更换组件LRU(line replaceable unit)的基础上,对相应关键设备重要故障模式进行了分类和分析,进而建立方向舵系统马尔科夫可靠性模型,并完成了方向舵系统平均寿命(mean time to failure,MTTF)估计、系统体系结构评估和其他可靠性因素分析.这一建模评估与分析过程简单实用,不但可以为方向舵系统可靠性与故障容错设计提供帮助,也可以扩展至其他系统,为关键系统可靠性设计与评估提供技术支持.Abstract: Using the Markov reliability analysis approach,the reliability modeling and assement for the rudder system of a civil airplane is presented. Based on the selection of rudder system key LRU(line replaceable unit),the main fault modes for the corresponding key equipment are classified and analyzed,and then the Markov reliability model is developed to assess the mean time to failure(MTTF) of the rudder system. Moreover,the rudder actuator system architecture assement and other reliability factor analysis are conducted during this process.The modeling and assement process is simple and practical,and it can not only help the reliability assessment and fault tolerance designof rudder system,but also can be extended to the application of to other system.
