The Shock Characteristics of the Motor Tilted Support System with Vulnerable Parts

摘要: 以考虑易损件的发动机斜支承减振系统为研究对象,建立了半正弦波脉冲激励下系统非线性动力学方程,利用龙格-库塔法对易损件冲击特性进行数值分析。以易损件加速度响应峰值与脉冲激励幅值之比为易损件在冲击作用下的响应指标,脉冲激励时间、系统频率比作为变量,构建了易损件的三维冲击响应谱。讨论了脉冲激励幅值、系统支承角以及系统质量比等对冲击响应谱的影响规律。研究表明,脉冲激励幅值、系统支撑角、系统频率比等对易损件冲击响应峰值影响显著,增加系统频率比可使易损件加速度响应峰值明显降低,低频率比条件下增大质量比可抑制易损件加速度响应峰值。研究结论可为发动机斜支承减振系统的设计提供理论依据。Abstract: The nonlinear dynamical equations of the motor tilted support system excited by half-sine pulse wereestablished considering its vulnerable part. The shock responses were obtained numerically using runge-Kuttamethod. To evaluate the shock characteristics of the vulnerable part, a new concept of three-dimensional shockresponse spectra is proposed, which is defined as the ratio of the maximum shock acceleration response of thevulnerable part to the peak value of pulse excitation, the dimensionless pulse duration and the frequency ratio ofsystem were two basic parameters of the three-dimensional shock response spectra. Based on the numerical simulationresults, the effects of the amplitude of pulse excitation, the angle of the tilted support spring and the mass ratio on theshock response spectra are discussed. It is shown that of the amplitude of pulse, the angle of the tilted support springand the frequency ratio of the system have remarkable effects on the shock response peak of the vulnerable part, Toincrease the frequency ratio of the system can obviously reduce the maximum shock response acceleration of thevulnerable part, and it can also be reduced by increasing mass ratio in the case of low frequency ratio. The results ofthe present study provides theoretical foundation for the design of shock absorber of the motor tilted support system.
