Influence Factors of Dynamic response Characteristics of Solenoid Valve for Opposed Piston Hydraulic Free Piston Engine

  • 摘要: 根据对置式液压自由活塞发动机的需求,开发了大流量快速响应电磁阀,并对其动态响应影响因素进行了研究和分析。利用Ansoft Maxwell建立了电磁阀的三维有限元仿真模型,搭建了电磁阀响应速度实验测量装置,通过仿真数据与实验数据的对比得出开启时间最大偏差为0.38 ms,关闭时间最大偏差为0.67 ms,验证了该模型的准确性。仿真结果表明:隔磁垫、铁磁材料、弹簧预紧力是低压电磁阀动态响应的主要影响因素,自由升程对开启响应影响较大,而与关闭响应无关联,运动件质量的影响最小。
