Load Analysis of Double-row Angular-contact Ball Bearing

摘要: 基于弹性接触理论,建立了双列角接触球轴承弹性接触模型,利用Neton-raphson法计算了轴承钢球和滚道的接触载荷,分析了径向载荷、轴向载荷与力矩载荷作用下的接触载荷分布和接触角的变化。结果表明:受纯径向力时,两列轴承的承载情况相同;受纯中心轴向力时,仅单列轴承受载;当外载荷考虑力矩时,两列轴承同时受载,且载荷主要作用在一列轴承上;钢球与内滚道的接触载荷会随着外载荷的增大而增大,但接触角变化情况与它们的接触载荷大小并不直接相关。Abstract: Based on the elastic contact theory, the elastic contact model for double-row angular ball bearings wasestablished, then the contact load between the ball and the inner raceway was calculated with Newton-raphsonmethod. The distributions of contact load and the variations of contact angle of the bearings under radial load, axialload and moment load were analyzed. The results show that the load distributions of the two rows of bearing are thesame under pure radial load; while only one row of bearing is loaded under pure central axial load. When theexternal moment load is considered the two row balls of bearing are loaded simultaneously, however, one row ballssupport heavier load than the other row balls; and the contact loads between the balls and the inner racewayincrease with the increasing of external load, but the contact angle is not directly related to their contact load.
