Research and Development of LNG Submerged Pump for LNG Car Gas Station

摘要: 设计了用于LNG汽车加气站用潜液泵。分析了LNG潜液泵设计的结构特点、性能要求和关键技术。通过绝缘处理和氮气密封保护系统保证电机密封屏蔽和防爆,采用推力平衡机构和对称扩散器叶片解决LNG潜液泵运行中的轴向和径向受力平衡。通过螺旋导流器改善气蚀问题,采用悬臂结构解决热应力问题。使用证明:该泵在卸车、预冷、加气模式下性能良好,满足现场各项要求。Abstract: LNG submerged pump was designed for LNG car gas station.The composition,capability requirement and key technology of LNG submerged pump were introduced.Insulation processing and nitrogen seal protection system assured motor seal shield and explosion-proof.Thrust equalizing mechanism(TEM) and diffuser vane were used to solve balance of axial and the radial forces when LNG submerged pump was running.The cavitation erosion was improved by using spiral flow diverter and the thermal stress was resolved through bracket structure.Through the experimental tests and on-the-spot operating,this LNG submerged pump performs well in these cases,such as unloading,precooling and the air entrainment,which satisfies all design requirements.
