Postprocessor and Simulation of 5-axis Fixed-position Milling for Non-orthogonal Machining Center of Table/Table-rotating Type

摘要: 非正交机床由于机床结构的独特性,其五轴加工后置处理是个难点。在对德玛吉非正交双转台加工中心结构特性、海德汉iTNC530控制系统特性及五轴定位铣削编程特点进行分析的基础上,提出其五轴定位铣削的后置处理算法。利用Visual C++6.0开发出单独的后置处理程序,将加工刀轨的刀位文件处理生成海德汉格式的G代码文件。利用数控仿真软件Vericut 7.0建立机床的仿真模型,结果后置处理程序生成的G代码文件通过了仿真验证,证明了后置处理算法是正确的。Abstract: The 5-axis machining postprocessor of non-orthogonal machine tool is difficult to develop.After analyzing structural characteristics of DMG non-orthogonal Table-Table machining center,control system of HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 and 5-axis fixed-position milling programming,a postprocessing algorithm of 5-axis fixed-position milling is presented in this paper.Based on the algorithm,the relative postprocessor is developed by Visual C++ 6.0 to convert tool path file to G-code file of HEIDENHAIN format.A simulation model of the machine is established by Vericut 7.0 to simulate G-code files created by the program.The simulation result justifies the postprocessing algorithm proposed.
