Loaded Tooth Contact Analysis of Face-gear Drive with Curvilinear Shaped Tooth

摘要: 推导了具有刀倾的刀盘形成弧线形产形齿条,进而成形加工弧线齿面齿轮的齿面方程;在弧线齿面齿轮及其相啮合的弧线齿圆柱齿轮几何接触分析的基础上,利用有限元方法,通过数学规划对面齿轮齿面承载接触进行了分析。算例仿真结果表明:在小齿轮轴外加扭矩为550 N·m条件下,齿面载荷在面齿轮齿面上分布均匀,承载传动误差幅值不大于5 arcsec,载荷在面齿轮齿根中点引起的拉应力较小。Abstract: A rack cutter with curvilinear shaped is considered,with which the equations of tooth surface of face gear are deduced by generated method.Based on tooth contact analysis of face gear drive with curved-tooth pinion,loaded tooth contact analysis with finite-element method and mathematical programming is represented.The simulation results show that the magnitude of load on the flank of tooth is even distributed,the magnitude of loaded transmission errors is less than 5 arcsec and the tension stress introduced by loading is small with a torque of 550 N穖.
