Design and Optimization of the Roller of Wave-type Roller Mill

摘要: 提出一种新型的波形辊压磨,论述了波形辊设计的一般原理,重点研究了波形辊的几何曲线、钳角和间隙的变化。通过几何计算得出波形辊的几何曲线函数表达式。通过用CAD仿真结合Matlab的曲线拟合来研究波形辊的钳角和间隙的变化得出结论:波形辊的钳角和间隙是随着波形辊的转动而周期性变化;波形辊的平均钳角比普通圆柱辊的钳角小,生产效率高;波形辊压磨比普通圆柱辊压磨和辊筒磨具有优越性。Abstract: A new kind of wave-tape roller mill is proposed in this paper and the general designing principles of the wave-type roller is discussed.The present study focus on the design of wave-type roller geometrical curve,nip angle and gap changes.Through geometrical calculated,the wave-typeroller geometrical curve function expression is obtained.The changes of wave-type roller nip angle and gap are studied by combining CAD simulation and Matlab curve fitting,it is concluded that wave-type roller nip angle and gap varies along with the cyclical change of wave-type roller rotation,the average nip angle of wave-type roller is smaller than common cylindrical roller nip angle and wave-type roller mill has higher production efficiency than common cylindrical roll crusher.Compared with common cylindrical roll crusher and tube roller mill,wave-type roller mill has its own advantages.
