The Optimal Design of Bracket Structure for the Second Mirror of a Large-aperture Space Optical Remote Sensor

摘要: 对复杂结构进行优化设计时,利用传统的优化设计方法可能会导致寻优结果陷入局部最优解,且计算量较大,应用响应面法是有效解决该问题的途径之一。论述了大口径空间光学遥感器次镜支架优化设计过程。通过Altair系列软件平台实现了参数化建模、试验设计、近似模型拟合、优化设计的一体化计算,并经过分析各参数对响应的影响进行变量筛选,利用响应面法完成优化迭代求解,得到满足设计要求的次镜支架结构,提高了设计效率。Abstract: Optimizing the complicated structures,the traditional design method could lead to local optimal solution,and consume the large amount time of calculation.The response surface method is one of the effective methods to solve this problem.In this paper,the optimization of the bracket structure with the software platform of Altair was described.Parameterized modeling,design of experiments,approximations and optimization were integrated and performed.Main effects of different design variables on the responses were analyzed and an optimization with response surface method was implemented.The data show the optimized structure achieves the design requirements.The design efficiency will be improved.
