Dynamic Analysis on Rolling Element Bearings with Localized Defects Part Ⅱ a Single Defect in Inner Race

  • 摘要: 针对内圈产生单一局部缺陷的滚动轴承,在假设内圈不动的前提下,以弹性力学为基础,同时考虑缺陷宽度、深度以及载荷区等因素,根据滚动体通过缺陷时接触变形量的变化所引起的弹性接触力的变化,建立了动力学模型。通过数值仿真,证实了当内圈产生单一局部缺陷时,滚动轴承振动信号的低频成分为内圈的旋转频率、滚动体通过内圈的频率及其倍频以及由它们形成的边频这一在滚动轴承故障诊断中常用的结论。合理地解释了倍频产生的原因。实验结果与数值分析结果的对比表明所建模型能够有效地解释内圈局部缺陷轴承的振动特征。
