Research on the Dynamical Characteristics of a Truck Carne with Multi-rigid-flexible-bodies

摘要: 针对某型号汽车起重机,根据多体系统传递矩阵法,建立了包含柔性臂的多刚柔体系统动力学模型,研究了起重机系统的频率响应,分析了起重机在起升过程中的冲击载荷特点,计算了起重机系统的冲击响应。根据弹性形变与应力的关系,推导出了动应力计算公式,求出了柔性吊臂在起升冲击载荷作用下的动应力分布并与试验结果对比。研究了不同衰减系数的电机对吊臂最大动应力的影响。Abstract: It is pivotal for dynamic optimization design of truck cranes to research their dynamical characteristics.Firstly,a kind of truck crane was equivalent to a multi-rigid-flexible-body system including flexible boom by usingthe Multi-body System Transfer Matrix Method in this paper. Its frequency response was researched as well. Sec-ondly,the dynamic impact response could be calculated by analyzing the impact occurring in the beginning of hoist-ing. At last, the equations used for dynamic stress analysis were gotten by investigating the relation between dynam-ic stress and elastic displacements. Afterwards,the dynamic stress of flexible boom being affected by impact at thebeginning of hoisting was calculated dispending on these equations,which was compared with experimental result.And the effects to maximum dynamical stress of different attenuate coefficients of electromotor were investigated.
