Vibration Transferring between Plate and Shell Connected by Rubber Isolation Pad

摘要: 为了研究板壳结构采用橡胶垫板弹性连接下的隔振性能,应用有限元计算软件ANSYS分别对橡胶垫板连接和刚性连接板壳耦合模型进行了仿真计算,比较了两种连接方式下壳体的振动响应,并分析了橡胶垫板参数变化对其的影响。对比了阻尼橡胶垫板和沟槽型橡胶垫板两种连接元件,对采用不同连接元件时壳体的振动响应进行了对比研究。仿真结果表明:与刚性连接相比,橡胶垫板连接能有效抑制板壳振动传递;与阻尼橡胶垫板相比,沟槽型橡胶垫板的隔振效果更好。Abstract: In order to study the vibration-reduction capability when submarine structures connected by rubber pad,the rigid and the rubber pad connecting plate and shell coupled simulations were calculated by the FEM softwareANSYS respectively. Then the vibration responses of the two different coupled simulations were compared. Moreo-ver the influence of rubber pad parameters on vibration responses was analyzed. In the paper two different rubberpads,damping rubber pad and grooved rubber pad were used. The vibration responses of shell using different rub-ber pads were compared. Simulation results show: firstly,the vibration transmission between plate and shell couldbe efficiently controlled by rubber pad connection; secondly,the vibration isolation effect of grooved rubber padwas better than damping rubber pad.
