Analysis on the Load Fluctuation of Roller Shearer

摘要: 为了寻求滚筒采煤机正常工作时自身产生振动与冲击的原因,经过对滚筒上截齿受到的截割阻力与牵引阻力以及该两力在采煤机的牵引方向和竖直方向分力进行分析,得知两分力大小与截齿的切削厚度和旋转角度位置有关;研究了滚筒上受到的瞬时力与平均力的计算方法,推导了综合旋转角度和切削厚度的载荷波动系数的计算公式,并对所建立的公式进行了仿真模拟。结果表明:截齿数目从偶数增加1变为奇数时,载荷的波动系数的值明显减小;截齿从奇数增加1变为偶数时,载荷的波动系数不一定减小;适量的增加滚筒上同一螺旋线上截齿的数目可以有效的减小载荷的波动系数;为了提高截齿的使用寿命和可靠性以及滚筒的稳定性,减小滚筒和整个采煤机的冲击性,同一螺旋线上一周内截齿的数目应该尽量选用奇数。Abstract: In order to seek the reason of vibration,shock and failure of the shearer under normal working condition, we analyzed the cutting tooth's cutting resistance and dragging resistance as well as their vertical component and level component,and found out that the values of the two components are relevant to the slice thickness and the position of rotation angle; we also researched the calculation method of the instantaneous and average force, derived the calcula-tion formulas of load fluctuation coefficient which included the slice thickness and the position of rotation angle. The simulation results show that: the numbers of the cutting tooth become odd from even added one, the values of the load fluctuation coefficient reduced significantly; the numbers of the cutting tooth become even from odd added one,the values of the load fluctuation coefficient may not reduce. In order to reduce the load fluctuation coefficient, the num-bers of the cutting tooth in the same serif should be increased; in order to prolong the lifetime of the tooth,and im-prove the reliability of the tooth and the stability of the shearer, and reduce the impact resistance of the roller and coal mining machine,the numbers of the cutting tooth in the same serif should be chosen odd.
