Dynamic Analysis on the Vibrating Parameter of Intellectual Vibratory Roller

摘要: 为了更加精确地分析振动压路机的压实过程,建立了考虑土体随动质量的智能化振动压路机连耦工况下的六自由度系统动力学模型,并将其应用于某型智能化振动压路机的动态分析。对该振动压路机的设计参数进行优化,获得了该振动压路机的最优工作参数,从而实现了对智能化振动压路机振动压实过程的有效控制,提高了压实过程中的密实度和压实效率,改善了整机的舒适性。Abstract: To anlyse the compaction process of vibrating roller more accurately,a new 6-DOF system dynamic model was built under the coupling operating condition of intellectual vibratory roller considering the qualities of soilmass and was applied on a type of intellectual vibratory roller' dynamic analysis. On the basis of analysis results,the design parameter optimization of the vibratory roller is studied in this paper,and the optimum working parameters was achived. It has been proved that by practice that the model realizes the effective control of intellectual vibratory roller in the process of compaction,advances the density and compaction efficiency in compacting process,and improves comfortabilityg of the complete machine.
