The Development and Research on the Process of Sticking Paper-based Friction Plate with an Indexing and Reset Device

摘要: 贴片工序是纸基摩擦片连续生产的核心工序,贴片工艺的优劣是影响纸基摩擦片性能和生产效率的重要因素。笔者针对某型号离合器用纸基摩擦片,通过研究其生产过程中的贴片工艺,在选择合适的贴片方式基础上,设计了一种应用于该纸基摩擦片贴片工艺中的分度和复位装置,并对该装置涉及到的基片定位夹具的设计、分度动作和复位动作的实现等关键技术进行了研究。结果表明:该装置可以实现纸基摩擦片贴片过程中基片定位、分度和复位的一体化,从而满足使用要求。Abstract: The sticking process is one of the key techniques in the continuous production process of paper-based friction plate,and the performance and productivity of the paper-based friction plate are greatly affected by the advantages and disadvantages of sticking process. In this paper,on the basis of the appropriate sticking process selection,an indexing and reset device applied on the sticking process of a type of clutch was designed by studying the sticking technology in its production process,and the key techniques of substrate positioning fixture design,the implementation of the indexing and reset action related to the device were also studied. The device can achieve the role of positioning,indexing and reset of the substrate simultaneously,and meets the use requirements.
