Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Proportional Pressure Modulating Suit

摘要: 针对CYT-xx气动式座舱压调系统(简称压调系统)部分产品出现了的空中某高度下座舱压力波动问题,为排除由于比例调压组件而引起的不稳定因素,研究了比例调压组件的动态性能。介绍了飞机座舱压力调节系统的构成,简述了比例调压组件的结构、工作原理和静态特性,建立了比例调压组件的2阶动态模型。通过分析可动部件的外部特性和高分子材料的物理特性,提出膜片材料的粘性是组件稳定工作的关键条件。根据压调系统对稳定性的特殊要求,指出系统稳定工作的条件是系统阻尼比ξ≥1,同时指出在满足稳定性的前提下,小的可动部件质量m和大的复合弹性系数k有利于快速性的提高。建立了仿真模型,其仿真结果和实验结果具有很好的一致性。Abstract: Pulsating changes of cabin pressure arisen in some aircrafts that use CYT-xx pressure regulating systems.The dynamic characteristics of proportional pressure modulating suit are studied in order to eliminate the possible unstable factor that may be caused by this suit. The present study introduces the functional components of aircraft cabin pressure regulating system to describe the structure,working principle and static characterization of proportional modulating suit. And after analyzing the external character of the moving parts and the physical feature of polymer,it is found that the stickiness of the material is essential to the stability of the suit. On this basis,a second order dynamic model is build for the suit. According to the special demand of the cabin pressure regulating system,it points out that the requirement of the stable operating is ξ≥1. Based on theoretical deduction,it comes to conclusion that with the premise of satisfying stability requirement,a smaller mass of movable part and bigger equivalent elastic coefficient k is useful to shorten the reaction time. A simulation model is built according to the real parameter of the suit and the simulating results agree well with the experimental data.
