Flow Pulsation Simulation Based on AMESim and Suppression Methods

摘要: 针对除冰系统过大流量脉动引起的系统振动和加热器失效问题, 推导了双作用往复泵系统的流量计算公式, 分析了系统产生流量脉动的原因, 用仿真软件AMESim分析了3台双作用往复泵的流量叠加特点, 提出通过优化连杆长度抑制流量脉动的方法, 并分析了优化法和相位分散法的抑制效果。结果表明:相位分散法的流量脉动抑制效果明显, 增加连杆长度有助于减小脉动, 但随着泵的数目增加效果减弱。最终结合两种方法可将流量脉动控制在14%。Abstract: To solve the problems of system vibration and heater failure which are caused by excessive flow pulsation of the aircraft deicing system, the flow formula of the double-acting reciprocating pump system is derivated, and the causes of flow pulsation are analyzed in this paper. The flow superimposing features of 3 double-acting pumps are got by using the simulation software AMESim (advanced modeling environment for performing simulations of engineering systems) . Then, a new suppression method of legitimately increasing the connecting rod length is proposed, and the effect of both the methods of increasing the length and phase dispersion is analyzed. The results show that: the flow pulsation rate decreases significantly by using phase dispersion method,and the pulsation rate decreases as the connecting rod increases, but this phenomenon will disappear as the increasing of length and pump number. By the combination of the two methods above, the flow pulsation rate can be controlled fewer than 14%.
