平抑风电功率波动混合储能系统容量优化方法

摘要:
风力发电输出功率具有随机性、间歇性等特点,为减小功率波动对电网的影响,提出了平抑风电功率波动混合储能系统容量配置方法。以样本输出功率数据频谱分析结果为基础,结合有功功率波动率约束,计算出储能吸收最佳截止频率与系统期望输出功率,进而得到储能最小吸收功率;根据不同类型储能系统特点及安全运行要求选择电池和超级电容器工作频段范围所需最小容量。采用风电场实际数据及国标GB/T 19963-2011,对该方法进行了验证。算例结果表明,采用该方法能够以较小的容量将风机输出最大波动率由74.055%降到32.227%。

An Optimal Sizing Hybrid Energy Storage System for Smoothing the Output Fluctuations of Wind Power

Abstract:
Wind power has the characteristic of generation output variability. To reduce the impact of power fluctuations on grids, this paper put forward the hybrid energy storage system(HESS) optimization configuration method which combined spectrum analysis for smoothing output fluctuations. Based on spectrum analysis results and power ramp rate, the best cut-off frequency, expectation power and the minimum absorption power are determined. According to the characteristics of HESS and the safety specifications, the minimum sizing of the battery and the super capacitor were selected. Based on historical wind power data and Chinese standard (GB/T 19963-2011), the proposed method was verified. The results show the maximum 10 minutes active power ramp rate of wind power output can be reduced from 74.055% to 32.227%.
