某型电动飞机螺旋桨的设计与试验

摘要:
某型电动飞机采用稀土永磁电动机作为动力装置,采用螺旋桨产生拉力。为了提高电动飞机的航时,螺旋桨的设计目标应为:具有较高的效率,足够的拉力,并且保证螺旋桨需用功率与电动机功率相匹配。设计了某型电动飞机的固定桨距螺旋桨,建立了螺旋桨的三维CATIA模型,制造了两叶的木质螺旋桨,进行了螺旋桨的地面试验和风洞试验。试验结果表明:该型螺旋桨在起飞状态(螺旋桨转速2 164 r/min),静态拉力达到98.2 kg,电动机轴功率为35.09 kW,电池输出功率37.08 kW;巡航状态,螺旋桨效率达86.76%,设计的螺旋桨达到了预期的设计目标。

Design and Test of an Electric Powered Aircraft Propeller

Abstract:
The power plant of an electric powered aircraft is the rare earth permanent magnetic electric motor. The propeller is used to generate the thrust for this aircraft. In order to improve the endurance of the electric powered aircraft, the design object of propeller is to design the propeller with high efficiency and enough thrust, the required power of propeller should match with the output power of electric motor. The present paper designed a fixed pitch propeller, created the 3-D CATIA model of propeller, and manufactured the two-blade wooden propeller, carried out the ground test and wind-tunnel test of propeller. The test results show that, at take-off condition (2164r/min), static thrust is 98.2kg, shaft power of electric motor is 35.09kw, output power of battery is 37.08kw; at cruise condition, efficiency of propeller is 86.76%, the propeller meets the design requirement.
