无冷却式发射动力系统的内弹道研究

摘要:
根据无冷却式发射动力系统的特点,将其工作过程划分为燃气发生器和发射筒两部分,建立了燃气发生器和发射筒工作过程的数学模型,并对其内弹道特性进行了研究,为研制新型动力发射系统提供参考依据和研究手段。通过对燃气发生器计算结果进行试验验证,证明了其可行性和计算精度。针对不同发射深度和装药量的工况进行数学仿真发现,无冷却式发射动力系统做功能力很强,导弹可以达到很高的出筒速度,实现大深度发射。同时,发射深度和装药量对无冷却式发射动力系统的内弹道性能影响很大。

Interior Ballistic Analysis for Non-Cooling Underwater Launched Missile

Abstract:
Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain and evaluate our ballistic analysis mentioned in the title.Here we just give a briefing of sections 1 through 3. Based on the characteristics of underwater launched missilewithout cooling,the working course was divided into two parts: gas generator and missile silo. The interior ballisticmodel was established and characteristics were researched,which we think can serve as useful reference for the de-velopment of missile system. Compared with the experimental results,the calculation ones of gas generator wereprecise (see Fig. 4). The simulation results,presented in Figs. 5 through 12,and their analysis indicate that: (1)the missile can be launched from great sea depth because of its very high velocity; (2) both the amount of propel-lant and launching depth affect the ballistic parameters greatly.
