用于机构位置监测的传感器误指示可靠性分析

摘要:
传感器在监测机构是否到位的情况下若发出错误的指示,此时不仅要考虑传感器本身的故障,更应该考虑由机构运动精度问题导致传感器的误判。引入可靠性的概念,将机构各参数均视为随机变量,提出了一种专门用于机构位置监测的传感器发生误指示机构到位的可靠性分析模型和计算方法,并以某型飞机舱门保险机构为例,分析了传感器误指示保险机构锁定到位的失效概率,可为传感器指示可靠性设计提供有益参考。

An Effective Reliability Analysis of Erroneous Indication of Sensor Applied to Monitoring Mechanism Position

Abstract:
This paper describes a particular fault of sensor erroneous indication while monitoring mechanism posi-tion. Thus,we introduce the reliability analysis method regarding parameters in a certain mechanism as randomvariables. Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain our reliability analysis mentioned in the title,which we be-lieve is effective. The core of section 3 consists of: 1) the reliability model of sensor applied to monitoring mecha-nism position is established and then the specific calculation method is given; 2) eqs. (6) and (7) are worth noti-cing. Citing the lock mechanism in an airplane as an example,we calculate the possibility of sensor erroneous indi-cation when the mechanism is not in proper position. The calculated results, presented in Tables 2 and 3, and theiranalysis indicate that our reliability analysis can provide helpful reference in the reliability design of sensor.
