Research on Fatigue Load of Automobile under Excitation of Improved Filtered Poisson Road Model

  • 摘要: 在过滤泊松路面模型的基础上,考虑车速为随机变量的非稳态激励因素,提出了用于汽车疲劳载荷分析的改进过滤泊松路面激励模型以及基于该模型激励下疲劳载荷的计算方法。以1/4整车模型为研究对象,以改进过滤泊松路面模型为激励,分别计算了车速为恒定值和车速为均匀分布随机变量的稳态和非稳态两种情况下,簧载质量和非簧载质量的载荷响应的幅频特性和统计计数特性,对不同车速和不同车速分布参数下的响应载荷统计数据进行了分析比较。研究结果表明,采用改进过滤泊松路面模型可以用于汽车的疲劳载荷计算,并且可以实现对车速为随机变量的非稳态路面激励的载荷响应的计算。
