Effects of Non-metallic Gasket Hardness on Loosening Life of Bolt Connection

  • 摘要: 螺栓连接形式多样,尤其是当对某些部位有密封、消噪等要求时,会在螺栓连接中夹入非金属垫片。由于非金属垫片硬度范围广,在使用的过程中选择空间大,但实际应用时对垫片的硬度的选取并没有统一的规范造成产品质量参差不齐,存在安全隐患。为了探究非金属垫片的硬度对螺栓连接松动寿命的影响,选取了厚度为20 mm,邵尔D硬度分7、10、15的3种硬度进行探究性试验,并与不含非金属垫片的螺栓试验进行了对比,结果表明:硬度高的非金属垫片对螺栓预紧力保持效果更好。
