Topological Optimization Design and Performance Analysis of BFPC Oblique bed CNC Lathe

  • 摘要: 为提高机床基础件静、动态性能和轻质性,以某数控车床斜床身为原型,初步设计玄武岩纤维树脂混凝土(Basalt fiber polymer concrete,BFPC)斜床身,分析典型工况下该床身的受力情况,并对两种床身的静态、动态特性和质量进行仿真分析和计算;对BFPC床身进行拓扑优化设计,根据拓扑优化设计结果和BFPC床身的制造工艺性,重构BFPC床身结构,以其减重孔尺寸参数为因素,以其前六阶模态的固有频率和质量为试验指标,进行单因素轮换试验研究,最终确定其数值;对优化后的BFPC床身的静、动态性能和轻质性进行仿真分析和计算,再与原型和优化前的BFPC床身的相应性能进行对比分析。结果表明,拓扑优化设计后的BFPC床身在静、动态性能和轻质性方面都明显优于后两种床身。
