Research on Step Pre-loading Technology of Anchor Bolts Groups in Gantry Machining Center Installation

  • 摘要: 五轴龙门加工中心在现场安装过程中,地脚螺栓安装预紧力导致机床床身变形将影响加工中心的几何精度,而产生的应力分布特性将影响加工中心的精度保持性。论文在分析螺栓预紧模型的基础上,提出了基于最小变形安装误差和均匀螺栓结合面压力分布的地脚螺栓组分步预紧工艺方法,并量化分析了预紧顺序、分步加载预紧步数以及预紧力分配比例对于导轨安装面几何精度、结合面压力分布均匀性以及精度保持性的影响。仿真结果表明,该方法能够实现五轴龙门加工中心地脚螺栓组快速,有效的安装,解决了传统经验安装效率低,精度难以保证的问题。
