Research on Design of Similar Model of Transmission Mechanism of Circuit Breaker

  • 摘要: 针对高压断路器传动机构具有加载力大、占地面积大、不利于在实验室开展可靠性实验研究的问题,提出采用相似理论对断路器传动机构的主触头机构进行相似模型设计,并对该机构的连杆开展动态应力相似研究。首先采用闭环矢量法、达朗贝尔原理对主触头机构进行运动学、动力学理论分析。在此基础上,用方程分析法结合量纲分析法得到了主触头机构原型与相似模型的运动学、动力学相关物理量间的相似关系,并用ADAMS验证了理论推导的正确性。通过ANSYS得到相似模型连杆与原主触头机构连杆之间的动态应力关系。
