Mathematical Modeling and Simulation of Real Time Transmission of Polygon Effect on Chain Drive

摘要: 针对目前缺乏有效的数学模型来表述由于多边形效应对链传动的实时影响,建立了从动链轮实时运动状态数学模型。通过4阶R-K法求解方程,得出从动链轮的实时运动状态。根据求解结果可知,链传动过程中除了链轮链节接触产生碰撞载荷外,还存在固有的动载荷冲击。通过分析链条的姿态,链传动实际上是"蠕动向前"的过程。分析了传动比、初始相位角对于传动过程平稳性的影响。最后,通过分析理论计算值与Adams仿真值之间的差距,发现理论值与仿真值之间的平均差值为0.34%,证明所建方程能够比较好地反应传动过程。Abstract: The mathematical model of real time motion state of the driven sprocket is established as there is lacking of an effective mathematical model to describe the effect of the polygon effect on the chain drive. The real time motion state of the driven sprocket is calculated by using the 4 step R-K method to solve the differential equation. As the angular acceleration curve shows, besides the dynamic load caused by the meshing of sprocket and pitch, there is an inherent dynamic load in the chain drive. The chain drive is a creeping forward process after analyzing the attitude of the chain. Besides, the effects of transmission ratio and initial angle of the sprocket on the drive process are also analyzed in this paper. At last, the mathematical model is proved to be valid to reflect the chain transmission after comparing the theoretical value and simulation value acquired by using Adams.
