Numerical Simulation of Effects of Combustion Chamber on the Emissions of Alcohol-ether Fuel Engine

  • 摘要: 为了研究燃烧室形状对醇醚燃料发动机排放的影响,应用AVL_Fire软件模拟研究5种不同形状的燃烧室对发动机燃烧过程和排放的影响。结果表明:不同形状的燃烧室对湍动能的影响主要在上止点附近;不同燃烧室内NO的生成区域较大,基本遍布于整个燃烧室内,而Soot主要分布在温度高的油束附近和凹坑壁面处;直口燃烧室A和敞口燃烧室B内的Soot排放均较低,NO排放均较高;缩口平底燃烧室D的NO排放很少而Soot排放高;缩口尖底燃烧室E内的NO和Soot排放均较低,具有较好的排放特性。
