Experimental Study on Influence of Slight Change in Arc Radius on Tenon Stress for Turbine Blade

  • 摘要: 通过光弹性试验研究了某涡轴发动机燃气涡轮工作叶片榫头部位应力随圆弧半径的变化规律。采用真空浇注方法制作榫头的光弹性模型毛坯并通过机械加工方法把毛坯加工成模型,光弹性冻结试验在多功能模型加载装置上完成,得到了榫头应力随圆弧半径的变化曲线,有限元分析结果验证了光弹性试验的有效性。研究表明:圆弧半径的微小变化对燃气涡轮工作叶片榫头应力有较大影响。
