Experimental Study on Influence of Slight Change in Arc Radius on Tenon Stress for Turbine Blade

摘要: 通过光弹性试验研究了某涡轴发动机燃气涡轮工作叶片榫头部位应力随圆弧半径的变化规律。采用真空浇注方法制作榫头的光弹性模型毛坯并通过机械加工方法把毛坯加工成模型,光弹性冻结试验在多功能模型加载装置上完成,得到了榫头应力随圆弧半径的变化曲线,有限元分析结果验证了光弹性试验的有效性。研究表明:圆弧半径的微小变化对燃气涡轮工作叶片榫头应力有较大影响。Abstract: The change laws in the tenon stress distribution of turbine blade versus slight change in arc radius were studied by photoelastic experiment. Firstly, the photoelastic model blanks were poured by the vacuum casting, then, models were made by the broaching machine, finally photoelastic frozen experiments were finished on the multi-function model loading equipment, the change curves in the tenon stress of turbine blade versus arc radius were obtained, the effectiveness of photoelastic experiment was verified by finite element analysis. The study shows that slight change in arc radius will cause great change in the stress distribution, and the research results will provide references and bases for improving the design of gas turbine blade and possess practical value in engineering.
