Construction Method of Three-dimensional Process Model for Milling Parts

  • 摘要: 为了在三维CAPP系统中实现铣削类零件由初始毛坯向最终零件的动态演变,提出了一种面向铣削类零件的三维工序模型构建方法。首先,研究了曲线和偏置曲线的表达、直线段和弧线段的偏置及交点的计算规则;接着,以给定的余量值和刀具半径作为偏移量,对制造特征的外环曲线进行偏置以计算获得偏置曲线;然后,通过拉伸偏置曲线并与前驱工序模型进行布尔运算,完成三维工序模型的生成。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
