Exploring Machining Simulation of High-Order Elliptical Gear Profile and Its Design Defect Modification Method

  • 摘要: 基于插齿刀与高阶椭圆齿轮的啮合原理,建立了插齿刀包络高阶椭圆齿轮副齿廓的数学模型,开发了模拟插齿刀包络高阶椭圆齿轮副齿廓的动态仿真程序。依据高阶椭圆齿轮副的传动比函数及其节曲线函数的特性,推导出了高阶椭圆齿轮副节曲线的修正方程,通过修正高阶椭圆齿轮副节曲线的设计参数有效减少了高阶椭圆齿轮副叠齿、根切和过切等设计缺陷的发生。文中实例验证了该设计缺陷修正方法的实用性和有效性。
