Numerical Analysis on Impact of Inlet Guide Vane on Vacuum Centrifugal Compressor Inner Flow

  • 摘要: 对一套抽真空离心压缩机部分级的入口导叶调节能力进行研究,分别对4种情况,即入口不带导叶、入口导叶角度90°、70°、60°的压缩机级内流动进行了数值模拟,通过对模拟结果进行分析,揭示出导叶调节对抽真空离心压缩机性能影响的规律。最后通过对该平面结构导叶的压缩机级内不同叶片高度的流场进行分析,发现在靠近导叶叶根出口的气流状态与叶轮叶片安装角匹配较差,进而对曲面结构的导叶应用进行了展望。
