The Rigid-flexible Coupling Dynamic Simulation of Shale Shaker Screen

  • 摘要: 为了研究叠层平板式筛网在电机激振作用下的动态响应,在RecurDyn软件中建立了三电机振动筛的多刚体仿真模型,并对模型进行了检验。基于有限元多柔体动力学(MFBD)技术,在刚体模型的基础上建立了筛箱与筛网的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,通过对其仿真,得到筛网在处于不同振动轨迹、不同螺栓预紧力、不同支撑条件下的振动参数、被测点动应力值、应力云图等。分析结果表明:刚柔耦合模型能够更加准确的反应振动筛的抛掷指数;在一定范围内增大预紧力,能够使筛网动应力减小;增加筛箱支撑条数目能够使筛网受力更加均匀。
