Simulation of Dynamic Responses in Pile-driving Process of a Marine Pile Hammer

摘要: 基于有限元方法与应力波理论,以近海工程海洋打桩锤为研究对象,分析了沉桩过程中冲击机械系统的动力学响应。基于有限元分析软件LS-dyna,建立某型海洋打桩锤沉桩过程的有限元模型,还原模拟了海洋打桩锤的某次滩涂的施工打桩作业,分析了冲击缓冲装置在海洋打桩锤系统中的作用,讨论了沉桩过程中锤芯和桩内部的能量传递规律,预测了关键部件的动力学响应。有限元预测结果与现场实际沉桩记录充分接近,表明文中建立的模型和仿真结果是正确的。Abstract: Based on the finite element method and stress wave theory, taking offshore marine pile hammer as the research object, the dynamic responses in pile-driving process of a marine pile hammer are discussed in this paper. By simulating the pile-driving process of the marine pile hammer with LS-dyna (a finite element analysis software), the function of the impact buffering part in the pile-driving process is analyzed. Transmission of energy between hammer and pile is also discussed and dynamic responses of important parts are predicted. Compared with the recorded results, the simulation results and analysis model are proved correct.
