Tooth Contact Analysis of Micro-segment Spherical Gear Drives

  • 摘要: 探讨了微线段环形齿球齿轮的构造过程,分析了球齿轮啮合过程中接触椭圆的变化规律,计算了微线段环形齿球齿轮的传动曲率与接触强度,建立了微线段环形齿球齿轮传动的参数化模型。采用有限元方法分析了微线段环形齿球齿轮轮齿的接触和弯曲应力,并与相同参数的渐开线球齿轮进行了对比分析。数值模拟结果表明,微线段环形齿球齿轮的接触应力和弯曲应力比渐开线球齿轮都有较大幅度的减少。
