Finite Element Analysis of Sealing Performances of the Rotary Lip Seal

  • 摘要: 利用有限元分析软件建立了旋转唇形油封的二维轴对称模型,分析了过盈量、弹簧劲度系数、空气侧唇角3种重要参数对油封接触宽度和唇口接触压力分布的影响,并用理论分析的方法估算出泵汲率和生热量。结果表明:随过盈量的增大,生热量几乎呈直线增加,泵汲率也不断增加,但其增速逐渐变缓;随弹簧劲度系数的增加,生热量不断增加,泵汲率变化不大;随空气侧唇角的增加,油封的泵汲率不断减少;随轴转速增加,油封的泵汲率和生热量均快速增加。
