Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study of Working Mechanisms of a Choke Valve Used in MPD

  • 摘要: 针对研制的一种新型控压钻井节流阀,对其阀座倒角处理前后节流阀阀腔内部流场进行数值模拟,并结合理论推导及现场试验对新型节流阀的工作特性进行研究,得到开度、节流压差及流量系数等性能参数间的影响关系。结果表明:新型控压钻井节流阀能够满足节流压差随阀芯开度线性变化的控制要求;采用倒角处理的阀座能在保证控压节流特性的基础上缓解流体介质对节流阀的冲刷作用,延长控压钻井节流阀的使用寿命。
