Research on Dynamic Testing Method of High-speed Winder Spindle

摘要: 为解决高速卷绕机锭轴夹头筒管位移难以实测的难题,根据高速卷绕机锭轴夹头的结构和工况,提出了一种利用新型激光传感器测量锭轴夹头筒管振动位移的方法。结果表明:该方法的测量数据精确、可靠,可有效防止高频特性的丢失。采用此方法实地测试了高速卷绕机空管时锭轴夹头的稳态响应,验证了此方法用于高速卷绕机锭轴夹头动态特性测试的可行性。Abstract: In order to obtain the dynamic response of the spindle, a new displacement testing method using a new laser sensor is presented in this paper based on the equipment structure and the working condition. The new method is used to test the steady response of the high-speed winder spindle without filament yarn. The test results show that this new testing method is accurate and reliable for the dynamic response testing of the high-speed winder spindle without filament yarn.
