Research on Joint Optimizing Model of Equipment LORA and Spare Parts Inventory

  • 摘要: 在进行装备修理级别(level of repair analysis,LORA)及备件库存求解时,普遍采用二者单独优化得到各自费用最小值,而二者和不一定最小。针对该问题,以装备可用度为约束条件,装备LORA与备件库存费用之和最低为优化目标,结合多等级多层级备件库存分配建模理论(VARI-METRIC),构建了一个三层两级的非线性联合优化模型。在此基础上,分析了备件库存费用与LORA中可变费用的关系,设计了一种迭代-贪婪启发式算法对模型进行求解。相比对修理级别及备件库存单独进行优化,所提出的联合优化方法可节约维修费用。
