Analyzing Effects of Modified MFI Zeolite on Adsorption Performance of Hydrocarbon Emissions

  • 摘要: 为了得到具有高效吸附性能的分子筛,以柴油机冷启动过程两种主要碳氢化合物为探针分子,利用蒙特卡洛分子模拟的方法,通过对MFI分子筛进行改性对HC化合物的吸附能力进行了研究。结果表明:改性之后的MFI分子筛对丙烯、乙烯的吸附量均有明显的增加,但对于乙烯的吸附效果更显著的。研究发现:随着硅铝比的减小,丙烯的吸附量随着温度的升高先减小再增大,而乙烯的吸附量则呈现逐渐增大的趋势,但总的来说,在硅铝比为23时分子筛对乙烯和丙烯的吸附量达到最大。
