Analysis and Experimental Validation of the Progressive Damage for Laminate Composite under Compression

  • 摘要: 基于渐进损伤分析方法,建立了复合材料层合板的三维有限元模型。该模型包含应力分析求解、单元失效判定和损伤单元材料性能退化。采用了修正的带剪切非线性的Hashin准则作为单元的失效判据,使用Camanho模型对失效单元进行材料性能退化。通过编写用户自定义材料子程序(UMAT),实现了失效准则与材料退化准则在Abaqus中的应用。并对有限元模型进行了试验验证。计算值与试验值之间误差为8.7%。有限元计算得出的失效位置与失效模式和实验吻合很好,结果表明本文模型能合理进行层合板的强度预测和失效分析。
