Finite Element Analysis and Topography Optimization of Motorcycle Cushion Plate

  • 摘要: 建立摩托车座垫底板的有限元模型,对其进行静力学分析和模态分析。同时考虑到底板的静态多工况刚度问题和动态频率特性问题,采用线性加权方法将多目标问题转化为单目标问题,实现对底板结构多工况下的多目标形貌优化设计。优化后的底板获得了最优的加强筋布局,最大变形量减少52.2%,最大应力减少42.2%,一阶固有频率增加9.0%,静动态性能均得到显著的改善,达到了预期的优化效果。
