Modeling and Optimization of Twist Beam Rear Suspension with Watt's Link and Full-vehicle Simulation

  • 摘要: 针对扭转梁悬架在侧向力作用下呈过多转向趋势,基于扭梁悬架上添加瓦特杆的方案,利用ADAMS软件,建立了带瓦特连杆的扭梁悬架模型。两悬架仿真分析表明:瓦特杆扭梁悬架在侧向力作用下呈不足转向趋势,较好地改善了扭转梁悬架的C特性。为获取更好的前束外倾特性,利用ADAMS/Insight软件,对瓦特扭梁悬架的结构参数进行了优化。
