Study on the Automatic Assembly Technology for Dynamics Simulation of Rigid Multi-body Systems

  • 摘要: 针对产品设计过程中CAD装配模型向动力学模型转化难题,提出了面向动力学仿真的自动装配技术。面向动力学仿真的自动装配技术由面向动力学仿真的满足自动装配要求的装配关系表达方法和基于CAD的自动装配技术两部分构成。应用该技术生成了某型减速器的装配模型。最后在Inventor中应用装配关系向运动学约束自动转化功能,生成了该减速器的基础动力学模型,在此基础上生成完整的动力学模型,该模型的分析结果与理论计算的结果相符,从而证明了该技术的可行性。
