The Performance Study of a Novel Pumping Unit Based on Phase Balance for Cluster Wells

摘要: 由于高效节能、成本低的优良特点,丛式井抽油机具有良好的应用前景.基于相位平衡原理,进行了新型丛式井抽油机的运动学和动力学分析,在理论工况与实际工况下,给出了相位平衡采油系统在奇数井、偶数井、均匀井载、非均匀井载下的多态动力学实例分析,并与异相抽油机的工作性能进行对比.结果表明:基于相位平衡原理的新型丛式井抽油机无需附加任何形式平衡重,完全适用于偶数井和奇数井;采用相位平衡方式,减速器峰值扭矩大幅降低,消除了负扭矩,使得减速器净扭矩曲线变化平稳,波动小,大大改善了减速器的工作条件;电动机装机功率与有效输出功率明显降低,周期载荷不均匀系数CLF值趋近于1,显示出非常显著的高效节能特性和优良的动力特性.Abstract: The pumping unit for cluster wells has a good prospect in application due to the characteristics of energy conservation and low cost. This paper presents the kinematic and dynamic analysis of a novel pumping unit based on the phase balance for cluster wells. In addition,a comparative analysis of the novel pumping unit and pumping unit with phased crank counterbalance is made on the basis of actual working conditions. The results show that,the novel pumping unit based on the phase balance for cluster wells does not need the counterweights and can be applied completely in even number or odd number wells; compared with that of pumping unit with phased crank counterbalance,the reducer's maximum net torque has been reduced remarkably and the minimum net torque has been improved remarkably,the curves of reducer net torque becomes less fluctuating; the installed power and effective power is greatly decreased and the CLF value is close to 1.0,which indicates that the new pumping unit has more notable energy conservation effect and better dynamic performance.
