Effects of Crash Trigger on Behavior of Longitudinal Beam in Frontal Impact

摘要: 建立了方形薄壁直梁的有限元模型,并用LS-DYNA有限元软件进行了碰撞模拟仿真,从纵梁的变形情况,能量吸收以及碰撞力3个方面对该薄壁梁进行分析,研究了诱导槽的数量和诱导槽的间距对薄壁梁碰撞性能的影响.仿真结果表明:诱导槽的数量对碰撞时的吸能影响不是很大,但是数量的增加可以获得更小的碰撞力峰值;诱导槽的间距对于薄壁梁的吸能和碰撞力都有较大影响,随着诱导槽间距的增加,薄壁梁的吸能和峰值力都变差,且压溃过程变得不稳定.Abstract: The finite element model of square walled straight beam is established. The LS-DYNA software is used for collision simulation. The effect of derivational groove numbers and spacing on the crash performance of thinwalled beams is investigated through the deformation of stringers,energy absorption and impact force. Simulation results show that the derivational groove numbers have little effect on energy absorption,but the increasing of the derivational groove numbers can reduce the peak force of the collision to some extent. The derivational groove spacing has significant effect on both energy absorption and collision force,with the increasing of derivational groove spacing,the energy absorption will be reduced and the peak collision force will bw increased and the crushing process of the thin-walled beam becomes unstable.
