The Study on an Adaptive Tuned Vibration Absorber and Its Control Strategy Based on Dynamic Mass Match

摘要: 为了研究自调谐吸振器的振动控制策略,分析了系统中吸振器质量及与其耦合的阻尼对振动控制效果的影响,建立了不同的数学模型的运动方程,通过对比分析了在有无动静质量时系统的减振效果,进而对吸振器的控制策略进行研究.为使吸振器的固有频率与激励频率匹配,将谐振时主系统与子系统的相对相位作为评价指标,对吸振器的质量和激励频率进行拟合得到控制方程,提出了一种质量动态匹配的开环控制法,跟踪得到不同激励频率下的控制质量,进而可对主系统的振幅在较宽的频段内进行减振控制.通过实验分析,对自调谐吸振器在宽频带的振动有稳定、快速的控制.Abstract: In order to study the vibration control strategy of Adaptive-Tuned-Mass-Damper(ATMD),the control effect of the absorber mass and the coupling damp of the ATMD is analyzed,and the equations of motion for different mathematical models are built. The control effectiveness with and without considering static and dynamic mass is analyzed and compared. Then the control strategy for the ATMD is studied. To match the natural frequency of ATMD to the excitation frequency,the relative phase between the main system and the subsystem at the tuned condition is chosen as the evaluate index,the mass of subsystem and the excitation frequency are fitted to achieve the control equation,an open-loop mass-dynamic-matching control method is proposed,the control mass in different exciting frequencies can be obtained by tracking the control equation then the vibration amplitude of the main system and be reduced in a broad frequency range. Experimental result shows that the proposed method can exhibit fast and stable control on the system and it also provide theoretical reference for further study on the closed-loop control strategy.
