The Numerical Researches of Improving a Subsonic Compressor Rotor Performance Using Non-axisymmetric Profiled Endwall

  • 摘要: 为探索利用端壁造型提高轴流压气机转子的性能,以亚声速轴流压气机独立转子为对象,将转子等熵效率作为优化目标,对轮毂曲面进行了非轴对称端壁造型优化。对最优结果的流场分析后得出,本文优化后的轮毂壁面在转子吸力面尾缘处低速流区明显缩小,涡流几乎消除,而且降低了局部的逆压差,总体上减弱了尾缘的掺混损失和涡流损失,使得转子等熵效率提高了1.0%。
