Study on Effects of Heat Treatment Processes on Wear Behavior of 20CrMnTi Steel

摘要: 在SrVⅣ微动磨损试验机上对比研究了不同热处理技术对20CrMnTi钢滑动磨损行为的影响,并分析了磨损机理。结果表明:在试验条件下,耐磨性最好热处理技术是碳氮共渗+深冷处理+低温回火处理技术,其表面硬度最高,硬度值为842 HV0.2,试样的显微组织为回火马氏体+颗粒碳化物+极少量残留奥氏体,并采用该工艺解决了某减速机厂小模数齿轮过早磨损失效的问题。Abstract: Sliding wear behavior of 20CrMnTi steel by different heat treatment processes was comparatively studiedon a SrV Ⅳ oscillating friction and wear tester, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. It was shown that: underthe experimental conditions, after carbonitriding + cryogenic treatment + low temperature tempering processing,the sample has the highest surface hardness, which is 842HV0. 2. The sample microstructure is temperedmartensite + carbides + a very small amount of residual austenite. This new technology has been adopted tosuccessfully solve the premature wear failure of small modulus gear in a factory.
